In addition to his Chief Executive duties, Lance is responsible for Sales and Marketing and the Project Management team. He has particular expertise in the regeneration and development project management of large, fast track commercial schemes and multi-unit roll out programmes.

Lance plays and coaches rugby and is an avid cricket fan - taking particular interest in travelling to overseas test matches.
