A state of the art aviation academy is to open next year in Yorkshire after our "honesty and approach" to a schedule of condition on a hangar led to a much wider brief.
Our Sheffield team will refurbish a 70-year-old RAF hangar, owned by Peel Holdings as part of the Doncaster Sheffield Airport portfolio, refurbish existing offices, install new M&E services and build the new academy.
The hangar will be converted into a new regional aviation academy and 'start' up incubator offices, leased for 12 years by Directions Finningley CIC, a community interest company set up by Yorkshire Forward.
