Rider Levett Bucknall's reputation for delivering first class project management has been reinforced with a contract win from commercial property company Bizspace Limited.
Bizspace Limited, a subsidiary of Highcross Group Property, has appointed the group to project manage the £450,000 refurbishment of an existing four-storey office building at the Europa Business Park in Cheshire.
It is the first time Rider Levett Bucknall has worked with Bizspace Limited which has a large portfolio of commercial and industrial properties, and it will manage the substantial repair and refurbishment of the building to provide individual office suites similar to those of the neighbouring buildings. The group has also submitted planning and building regulations applications on behalf of the client.
Work on the development started this month and is scheduled to complete in October this year.
