TWO of the world's premier investment houses are banking on Rider Levett Bucknall to help deliver their further expansion into the UK market.
The appointments by JP Morgan Chase and UBS follow the successful completion of a number of projects for the global financial services groups, adding two more prestigious blue-chip brands to Rider Levett Bucknall's burgeoning client base.
The construction and property specialist has been confirmed as one of JP Morgan Chase's preferred suppliers for cost consultancy services, after the practice advised on two office refurbishment projects for the group in Bournemouth.
Rider Levett Bucknall's excellent quantity surveying services have resulted in an appointment by UBS to a framework agreement with the opportunity to provide its full range of consultancy services. This prominent win follows the completion of two high-quality office fit-out schemes at No 1 Snowden Street and No 6 Broadgate in central London.
