Rider Levett Bucknall has been appointed to provide access consultancy services to the restaurants designer, Martin Brudnizki Design as part of Jamie Oliver's new restaurant chain.
The celebrity chef is launching a collection of neighbourhood restaurants - Jamie's Italian - offering high-quality, authentic and affordable Italian food.
Rider Levett Bucknall has provided access statements for planning and building regulations applications for sites in Kingston, Oxford and Cambridge. Further sites are planned across the country.
Christina Fortune, senior disability surveyor at Rider Levett Bucknall, says the practice is looking forward to working with Martin Brudnizki Design on the roll-out of the restaurants nationwide.
