Chris has over twenty years experience in the Custodial Sector in both construction management and professional property services. He has advised court committees, police authorities and the prison service on a wide range of property related issues.

He is a specialist in all areas of estates strategy including space utilisation, new build/refurbishment/maintenance programmes and specialist professional surveying advice.

Ray has over 40 years experience in Project Management and has spent the last 5 years delivering a wide range of prison projects. Ray is currently involved in the British Government "Capacity" programme to provide an additional 8,000 places and associated ancillaries across the whole estate.

Phil is Key Account Manager for the HM Prisons Strategic Alliance. He is an expert in the delivery of large partnering based projects. Phil's collaborative approach to relationships and projects is key to the success of Rider Levett Bucknall's relationship with HM Prison Service and its supply chain. He is currently responsible for the delivery of a new 360 place Youth Justice Board prison.
