Rider Levett Bucknall have been successfully providing CDM services since the CDM Regulations were introduced in 1994.
Our CDM co-ordinator service combines a consistent structured approach to this professional proactive co-ordination service, from a basis of sound construction knowledge and CDM experience, in accordance with the competency requirements of the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2007.
Rider Levett Bucknall are corporate members of the Association for Project Safety (APS) and our CDM co-ordinators are able to advise and assist our clients to achieve compliance with their statutory duties under CDM 2007, for both notifiable and non-notifiable projects.
We provide our CDM co-ordinator service nationally, through our network of offices, to a wide range of client developers, owners, institutions and public bodies, across a wide range of sectors. Our appointments vary from national framework agreements and client retainers to individual project appointments.
Rider Levett Bucknall have the resources, systems and flexibility to deliver projects ranging from minor refurbishment to major complex regeneration projects.
We listen to our client's to understand their needs and our service delivery includes combining these client's requirements with the statutory requirements for a project, to provide a bespoke flexible service that will satisfy the client and comply with CDM 2007.
We also provide selected health and safety services on a bespoke basis, to our global clients whose preference is for continual best practice.
