We understand that we can learn from the knowledge and experience in our own supply chain and within our company. We are committed to acting in a sustainable manner and encourage our supply chain to adhere to our principles. We include and engage with our major suppliers to promote CR best practice and share this throughout our supply chain.
Rider Levett Bucknall operates a formal process to select and appoint our suppliers and subcontractors. We have introduced our own assessment system to regularly evaluate and feedback on the performance of our supply chain to support our drive for continual improvement and shared learnings.
Our success depends on greater interaction between suppliers and key business users. We encourage every person in RLB to question how they can help make us sustainable. We will be launching a new "sustainable success story" website for employees and suppliers to have a platform from which to tell others about the work they are doing.
